Abs Class


  • A dynamic abdominal and core class rotating over 60 different abdominal exercises week to week.
  • Each week 40 minutes of abdominal, low back and core exercises are taught as well as 20 minutes of rotating upper body work.
  • Proper form as well as intensity is stressed.
  • Exercises are taught at three different levels to accommodate different strength and endurance levels.
