You will NOT learn a ROUTINE as many trainers teach that get old and hinder results but rather a dynamic program full of a variety of free weights,cables, bands, balls, plyometrics, calisthenics, kettle bells, balance boards and cardio equipment.
Choose to work one on one to achieve accelerated results, with a partner for motivation and to have a workout partner at program completion OR in a group as a discounted maintenance program.
*All personal training transformation programs require a 3 month minimum contract.** All personal training programs come with:
- A nutrition analysis and personalized nutrition plan including nutritional education, written nutrition plan, diet formula to follow, grocery list to assist in meal planning and supplement education and discounts on supplements needed.
- A notebook to detail your program that will include every workout we create for you while we are training so that you will have a book of education to take with you as you embark on your own at the end of our training program!
- Monthly weigh-ins and body fat testing free of charge to measure your results
- weekly motivational text for text registered clients to help keep you focused!
- Cardio program and Cardio sign at front desk to keep you accountable
- Discounts on nutritional products and product delivery to the gym for your convenience

Two people joining in a personal training contract for 2, 3 or 4 days a week of training. Enjoy the benefits of having a partner to embark on your journey with and have a workout partner established to continue on with when you complete your personal training program.
**Partner programs are DISCOUNTED however they require the presence of both parties at the session to keep one from losing their session.
